Stephen Bartlett is a chartered and internationally recognised railway engineering professional with over 18 years of experience delivering major transportation and infrastructure projects across the UK, Ireland, Australia, North America, and Asia. His expertise spans systems assurance, safety assurance, and RAM engineering, with a proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing the introduction of new signalling, rolling stock, and operational systems across both greenfield and brownfield networks. 

Stephen has played pivotal roles on landmark programmes including Cross River Rail in Brisbane, the Sydney Light Rail, New York City Transit’s R211 procurement, and Irish Rail’s National Train Control Centre. His recent work includes managing the safety assurance and RAM strategies for the integration of complex signalling systems.
