Sameer has worked on a multitude of large projects, within professional teams of differing cultures for various clients around the UK and the world. He has worked closely with stakeholders, offering a unique mix of systems thinking and project management experience to understand their needs and requirements.

Sameer spent three years working with HS2, having provided input and value across various Systems Integration work streams. He developed a suite of Systems Architectures, Interface Control Documents, Requirements Specifications and Operational Scenarios for Rail Systems. Sameer also managed the Systems Integration and Power portfolio, with a value in excess of £3m, as part of the Engineering Delivery Partner.
