A systems assurance engineer with extensive experience in RAMS, Safety Engineering and System Validation in Signalling (conventional, ETCS and CBTC ) 

Luis has extensive knowledge of systems assurance management acquired by planning safety assurance activities (Safety Assurance Plan), risk management including identification (PHA, HAZID), analysis (SHA / SSHA, HAZOP, FMECA, FTA) and control (Hazard Log), capture of safety requirements, management of SRAC, definition and management of the hazard/controls transfer process, definition and justification of the system safety argument, including the compilation of all the necessary evidence (Safety Case).
