Colin specialises in Systems Engineering and Integration, combining a deep and holistic view of the rail and transport systems to create effective solutions for his clients. A chartered and internationally experienced engineer with over 11 years’ experience working at the cutting edge of systems development and integration. An engineer with project management and programme experience, he effectively leads teams, gains stakeholder confidence and delivers complex programmes. 

Colin undertook the role of HS2 Programme Integration Manager - Responsible for reviewing the deliverability of the HS2 Baseline Programme. He designed and implemented the revised delivery programme for Rail Systems from construction through to entry into service.
